This place offers a well-priced, brand-new room with beautiful sunset views, equipped with a balcony, iron, and dressing table for added convenience.

The hotel is in a marvelous and stunning area, right next to the airport and the ocean. The rooms are fantastic and perfect, with comfortable armchairs, an iron, and a dressing table. Some rooms offer exceptionally good views. It's a great place 

It was a lovely welcoming place. The staff, especially Mr Buddika the receptionist and Mr Lashan the duty manager, were very amiable and helpful.- The location was excellent, in an extra comfy area so close to the sea shore.- 

Great area with a stunning location next to the restaurant, bar, and beach. The meals, service, and rooms were excellent.- Really close to Kite Centre Negombo and other tourist attractions.- A fabulous stay for 2 nights at the start of our 

Enormous and delicious breakfast. Great food.- Well-equipped and well presented room with a big bed, iron, and dressing table.- Exceptionally attentive staff.- Stunning and wonderful location just off Negombo.- Beautiful swimming pool.- Walking 

Exceptionally clean venue with extensive breakfasts and sea views. Spacious well-appointed units and service-minded staff at the reservation.- Handy location very close to the main restaurant.- A well-maintained and newly remodeled hotel, my first choice in Negombo. 

The accommodation is clean and luxurious. The staff are amazingly great.-There is an excellent ocean view.-The breakfast is really tasty and very very good.

The restaurant had a nice selection of Western and oriental food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities like the iron, hair dryer, and dressing table were convenient.- The location in the shopping area was fantastic, with a bakery

The well-maintained place with courteous staff offers a great beachfront setting near other attractions.

Had a nice stay at this beautiful holiday and the weather was wonderful. The staff was competent, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.- Particularly good and absolutely perfect location near Kudapaduwa North, we appreciated it. 

The breakfast is enormous and offers a good selection, including Gluten Free options. the location is beautiful, just 3 km from St Anthony's Church. - It's conveniently situated near the Fish Market and the Lagoon.
